Accounting/HR Specialist
The Accounting/HR Specialist performs professional accounting activities, which supports the preparation, recordation, and reconciliation of accounting/business transactions. This position performs professional Human Resources activities including but not limited to payroll activities which includes commission tracking, and research & resolution to employee questions and issues. This position also requires the ability to maintain department records and reports, as well as collect statistical data for administrative purposes.

A minimum of three years experience and prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

 

Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing professional and courteous service to all of our existing and prospective clients. The CSR provides quotes to new clients, handles any changes and answers questions related to our products. This position also requires high organizational skills, and attention to detail.

A current California Property & Casualty Insurance license is required. Prefer experience with AMS management system, and with Mercury, Hartford, Safeco, & Travelers. A minimum of two years experience and prefer a Bachelor’s Degree.

 

Producer
Producers are responsible for selling our products and services to new clients and to service their existing client’s needs. PremierOne provides the leads, the training, and the opportunity for unlimited earning potential. The position of Producer needs to be results oriented, motivated, and professional.
